Recruitment & Screening

Our staff takes care of all aspects of recruiting, interviewing and selecting eligible registered nurses and physical therapists that meet the client's needs.

• Our staff members travel to and conduct all candidates' interviews in their country of origin. Our Senior Vice President of Recruitment then selects those who have the best credentials, English skills and training, and who best meet the client's needs. The registered nurses and physical therapists we select for you are not just names and numbers; they are individually selected to meet your needs.
• Preliminary documents will then be sent to you in preparation for the RNs or physical therapists joining your staff.
• Each recruit will sign a 2 or 3 year "at will" employment agreement.
