World Nurse Solutions staff and our team of attorneys will help each nurse or physical therapist candidate navigate the complex world of immigration and state licensure so your candidate will legally be able to commence work upon arrival in this country. We will verify compliance in the following areas:

• Bachelor's (BSN) or Masters (MSN) degree received from an accredited school (transcripts available)
• CGFNS certification (required of all nurses trained in a foreign country)
• Exams on written and verbal English passed
• Visascreen certification
• Work Visa documentation and passport in order
• Completion of all other legal documents required to enter the US and commence work.
• For physical therapists, NPTE taken and passed
• For registered nurses, NCLEX taken and passed
• All possible state licensure documents will be completed
