Step 2

State Licensure

  • Candidate applies for state licensure
  • Candidate takes NPTE/NCLEX review course
  • Candidate sits for exam and, upon passage, is eligible for state licensure.

Immigration

  • Attorneys completes prevailing wage determination and labor condition application
  • Attorneys prepare posting notices and sends them to the employer sponsor
  • Employer sponsor hangs posting notice—45 day waiting period
  • Attorneys submit completed immigration application to employer sponsor for signature
  • Paperwork is filed with USCIS
  • Candidate is approved for a visa

Step 3: Coming to the US

US arrival date is determined
Candidate receives preparation materials for life in the US
After successful visa interview, airline reservations are made for final trip to the US
Employer-provided housing is finalized
Candidate is met at airport by pre-designated representative
Candidate begins work at your facility!
