RN Staffing

Where we have job offers:

Currently, WNS represents clients in the following states: Alabama Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. Our list of job opportunities is always expanding and changing, so please check for current placements!

Types of jobs:

Most WNS jobs are in Long Term Care in nursing home and hospital environments.

What costs we cover:

Review Classes: NCLEX review classes

Testing: NCLEX testing fees including registration, travel, accommodations and review

Travel: WNS will pay for travel from Manila to Hong Kong/Manila for RNs to take the NCLEX prior to working in the US. After you receive your work visa, your travel from Manila to the airport nearest your American employer is also paid for. You will also get several months of paid housing.

Immigration: WNS reimburses for the Visa Screen, CGFNS, all immigration attorney fees and immigration attorney assistance, and will thoroughly prepare you for your visa interviews at the US embassy in Manila.

Licensure: WNS will help all candidates obtain and pay for licensure in their state of employment, and reimburse for language exams.

Salary Expectations

The salary you will receive will be in line with other individuals in the region who hold the same job. Salaries vary from facility to facility, state to state and regionally. However, to ensure that you receive a competitive salary, our immigration attorney conducts a salary survey guaranteeing that your wage will comply with the prevailing wage standard for the area as required by USCIS regulations. Your salary offer will be part of the employment contract you sign with your new employer before arriving in the United States.

How long is processing?

It is difficult to say exactly how long processing will take for a specific candidate because there are many factors. In general the length of time from interview to commencing work is between 10 and 18 months, taking into account visa screens, credential evaluations, license applications, immigrant visa paperwork processing, etc. USCIS processing times between candidates with similar credentials do vary, sometimes for unexplained reasons.

What costs the candidate should anticipate:

  • Scanning and e-mailing documents
  • E-mail costs to respond to WNS e-mails and to send documents
  • Occasional text messages to and from WNS
  • Occasionally mailing documents to the US
  • Minimum incidental expenses (medical exams, notarizing some documents, etc.)
  • Some travel expenses from outlying provinces to Manila for embassy interviews or to connect with onward travel beyond the Philippines

Does WNS Charge Candidates Fees?

World Nurse does not charge candidates recruiting fees while they are still in the Philippines.
