LAWRENCE C. BRODERICK
Chief Executive Officer
Lawrence Broderick has spent almost thirty years as an owner, operator and consultant to health care institutions. The focus in his consulting practice has been labor relations and human resource management. He has developed many training programs for the health care industry and is a recognized expert in the recruitment and retention of staff. He has been the keynote speaker at many state health care associations on a variety of topics.

Amy Douglas, RN has had a wide and varied career in nursing since immigrating to the United States. She has been a clinical consultant for many years and has, among other accomplishments, established a distance learning center through colleges, which enable Registered Nurses to receive educational classes in their home communities leading to advanced degrees. In her most recent position, as an additional duty, she established a foreign nurse recruitment program for her employer, a national nursing home organization. In the 18 months she directed this program, she successfully brought 150 qualified RNs to the United States with only 2 of the 150 returning to their native country. Ms. Douglas brings years of educational, applied and recruitment success to WORLD NURSE SOLUTIONS. Her background and skills can assist your organization in securing qualified nurses in this RN-short environment.

Jeff Broderick's knowledge of the health care industry and his lifelong interest in travel combine well in his position with World Nurse Solutions. He began a decade with Amtrak while in college, gaining experience with managing staff and handling problems under tight time frames. More recently, his work for a national company as a recruiter of management level staff for hospitals and nursing homes provided a solid base for answering the needs of World Nurse Solutions' clients. He has continued his travels as he makes trips abroad to facilitate the recruitment of physical therapists and RNs. He specializes in interviewing candidates in their home countries and in navigating the immigration process.

BECKY BOYD

After four years in the communications and marketing industry, Becky Boyd was ready to move into a position in which she could work more directly with people and utilize her background in university recruiting. She enjoys making a difference in the lives of World Nurse Solutions candidates and loves the one-on-one aspect of her position. Meeting with candidates, addressing their needs and traveling to the candidates’ home countries have become the favorite aspects of working internationally. With a strong focus on deadlines and organization Becky has overseen the development of many systems to help World Nurse Solutions ensure efficiency in communications and processing.
